Sunwoven Tank
Now Closed!
Welcome to the Spring 2019 Knitalong! Our knitalongs are a wonderful opportunity to learn and grow in new ways. We accomplish that through learning knitting skills, accountability (to stick to your knitting goal!), round the clock knitting support, connection with other like minded makers AND, most importantly to me, discussions around the topics I talk about on the podcast - mainly why taking time out for ourselves to knit and be creative is so important. Watch the videos below to learn more. In video 3, I dive deep into how making knitting a priority in my life has changed me for the better. That is what is at the core of knitting within a community to me. So I hope you’ll consider joining in!

I’m so excited to announce that this time around we are AGAIN donating a portion of the revenue earned in the KAL to an orphanage in India, near where the yarn is made. Learn all the details in video 3 (link above!).
About the pattern:
In the Sunwoven Tank, I again collaborated with Erin Barrett of Sunwoven Studios. Her weavings are what set this design into motion. This pattern combines our Spun Cloud yarn, our Wildflower yarn and one of our regular Mini Skein Sampler Kits. I love the open drop stitch back detail and the creativity you have here to play with color and yarn! In the video tutorials, I’ll guide you through every step of how to make your sweater from start to finish. The color shown here is Vanilla/Wallflower.
Here’s what you can expect in our knitalong:
~ Exclusive - these patterns will be exclusive to those that sign up for our KAL. The patterns will not be available to everyone until at least a year from now. They are all 4 new patterns and you will have access to all 4 patterns and video tutorial content forever.
~ Free Shipping ~ up to $15 ~ anywhere in the world ~ no discount code needed. You will simply see free shipping show up in your cart. If your shipping is $30, you’ll see $15.
~ Round the clock help - myself, Jessie and Cheryl from the Knit Collage team are here to help you make your project a total success!
~ Bonuses (!!!): This time around we are offering a bonus pattern, the Beachy Cardi Sweater and a discount to purchase yarn for this sweater at 20% off. I have a few other fun bonuses up my sleeve too :)

Fit note: Fit note: This style is intended to have 2”-6” of positive ease. The model is wearing size XS/S and has a bust measurement of 34”. I like this one a little loose as well since tight can get a little toasty in summer. The fit is very easy. It is completely up to you if you want to drop stitches in the back – we do that last so you are free to opt out very easily. The turtleneck is also optional.
