Use those leftover skeins of super bulky yarn and make a C2C Moss Stitch Baby Blanket for Charity!

I am so excited about these colors and the way this project turned out!!

I had lots of teal, blue, gray, and white super bulky yarns in my stash from past baby blanket projects. I was eager to create a sort of eclectic but charming baby blanket with the leftovers.

When I saw Warm Up America! was doing a baby blanket charity drive, I set to work that night making this baby blanket!

Notes

You’ll notice in the pattern I am liberal about the use of stitch markers. I highly suggest using them during the first few rows until the pattern is clearly formed, and always during the start and end of rows.

If you include some weight 5 bulky yarn in your project like I did, I suggest holding two strands together. This will help achieve a similar weight to the size 6 yarns comprising the majority of the blanket.

For a visual tutorial on the C2C moss stitch, you can check out the C2C Moss Stitch Class I taught for FaveCrafts Studio LIVE.

To adjust the size of this blanket, complete any number of increase rows.
