This is my very first design and despite it being so basic and simple, I am quite proud of it. There are already a lot of other mushroom amigurumi patterns out there, but none of them fit what I was looking for at the time I was needing to make one so I decided to try my hand at design. I am very pleased with the results and hope you will be too!

This design was originally created as a prize item I could give away for the 2014 ExtraLife charity fundraiser I participated in. I’ve kept detailed notes as I worked through the design process and made several different prototypes before I was satisfied with the final result.

This tiny mushroom makes an adorable toy as is or you can add a little bit of hardware to turn it into a charm or key chain.
