This PDF knitting pattern gives you the instructions you need to create your own hat. This super chunky knit hat is a great intermediate pattern, the simple repeating cable and garter stitch pattern is used when knitting in the round to produce a warm, cosy hat with no seams. The garter stitch and super chunky wool create a soft, stretchy, and super cosy hat perfect for chilly winter outings.

You will need:
• Super Chunky Wool – 100g for small, 150g for large
• 9mm DPN / small circular needle
• 10mm DPN
• 10mm small circular needle (this is optional as you can knit the whole hat with dpn)
• Blunt needle
• Pompom for finishing – optional

This pattern gives instructions for two hat sizes, the smaller for head circumference 21” – 22”, the larger for head circumference 22” – 24”. The pattern gives instructions for the smaller size with the larger size in brackets.
