This fun design celebrates spring with full bouncey ruffles. The pattern may be knit as a whole boot sock with cuff, or as a cuff and liner (no foot), or as just the cuff. This pattern fits tall rubber or leather boots. Super wash wool or cottons or other washable yarns are recommended in a light worsted or DK weight yarn. The yardage requirement ranges from 250-660 depending on whether you knit the whole boot sock or just the cuff.
