I designed this cowl to be an introduction to lace stitches and to be a quick project using this very nice yarn.
The pattern is easily adaptable to other yarns, more stitches cast on for a longer result or different needle sizes.
My version on size 10 needles is approximately 32” long.
The gauge is variable depending on the needle size chosen. I used a 10 to make it very loose and open. If you use a different size needle you may need more yarn as this pattern used every bit of one skein.
If you know yourself to be a loose knitter, I would suggest a smaller needle or do a row or two less in the stockinette stitch areas.
Enjoy!
