Those trendy jumbo knit blankets seem to be everywhere lately. But what I haven’t seen is a crochet version of them. So when I saw the jumbo yarn on sale, I knew I had to make a crochet chunky blanket. So today I am going to show you how to crochet a super chunky blanket with this crochet pattern and video.

This super chunky blanket is the perfect blanket for snuggling up on the couch on a cold day. It is crocheted with super chunky yarn. The size is about 48 inches by 55 inches. But to make it bigger you can add more rows, you will just need more yarn.

Materials
9 Skeins of Yarn Bee Eternal Bliss or 252 Yards of a thick weight 7 yarn (you’ll need more if you want it bigger.) If you want stripes I would get 6 skeins of your main color and 4 of your accent color.
