• 2T-4T(17”-18” HAT circumference): J-hook (hat should measure approx 6” tall before starting mask rounds)
• 5Y-10Y(18”-19” HAT circumference): J hook (hat should measure approx 7” tall before starting mask rounds)
• PreTeen-Adult(19”-20” HAT circumference): K-hook (hat should measure approx 8”-9” tall before starting mask rounds)

Gauge: 13 dcs x 7 rows= 4”x4” swatch (adjust hook size accordingly to obtain correct gauge)

Skill Level: Beginner

Notes: Turning chain does NOT count as a st. You may choose to go down one hook size when starting the ‘mask’ portion of the hat for a snugger fit around the face, this is completely optional.
