I saw a photo a long time ago of the cutest accessory for a baby outfit or photo prop! ‘Muscles’ that were attached to a bib! I never did find a pattern or any other pictures but I knew I needed to add this to my Superhero Outfits!! So, I fussed around until I got it just the way I liked it. I hope you like it too!

H (5.00mm) Hook
F (3.75mm) Hook
Worsted weight yarn #4. I used Red Heart Super Saver in Blue,
(for picture on the right)
1 – ½” to ¾” Button
Tapestry needle
Sewing Needle and Matching Thread
Scissors
Small amount of polyfil or other stuffing material
