Instructions are written for size 2, with changes for sizes 4, 6 and 8 in parentheses ( ).
Finished Measurements:
 Size 2: Chest – 22”, Length – 16”
 Size 4: Chest – 24”, Length – 17”
 Size 6: Chest – 26”, Length – 18”
 Size 8: Chest – 28”, Length – 19”
Yarn:
You may use any brand or color of worsted weight yarn that you like. I chose Caron’s Simply Soft because
it is widely available, inexpensive, comfortable, and it comes in a huge variety of colors. You may use this
yarn for the stars, as well, if you like. I used Patons’ Brilliant for it’s metallic appearance.
 Body – 2 skeins Caron “Simply Soft” (100% Acrylic, 7 oz/198 gr/355 yd), any color
 Stars – 1 ball Patons “Brilliant” (69% acrylic/19% nylon/12% polyester , .75 oz/50 grams/166
yard/152m), Green Glitter (which is silver)
Other materials:
 Size H crochet hook for sweater, or size needed to obtain gauge.
 Size D crochet hooks for embellishments.
 Yarn needle.
 Safety pins (6), or contrasting pieces of yarn.
