Reportedly the coldest town here in my home state, with the average low temperature of 26 degrees F, and an average of 204 days where the low temperature is below freezing! Yarn: 200 yards #6 Super Bulky Yarn (sample shown was knit in Jody Long Andeamo, 1 Skein, Color #2 Cloud)
Needles: US 17 24-32” Circular Needle
Other Tools: Darning Needle, Stitch Marker (or scrap yarn)

Gauge: 8 Stitches and 12 rounds = 4 inches in stockinette stitch

Finished Size: 30 inches around by 16 inches high
