The bag and glasses pouch are knitted using the same method. They are cast on with Judy’s Magic Cast On and knitted in stockinette stitch with contrasting stripes. Finally, the stitches are bound off and the bind-off edge is folded in and sewn on the inside to create a neat casing for the i-cord. If desired, you can sew a lining to the inside to prevent the bag from stretching during use, especially for the larger bag.
