While my son started talking and learning new words, he found the word strawberry very intriguing. For weeks he said ‘strawberry’ about 100 times a day. That’s where my inspiration came from. I thought he needed a little strawberry friend.

dpst: * Yarn over, insert hook, draw up a loop * repeat twice, yarn over and pull through all 5 loops.
dpst2tog: Yarn over, insert hook, draw up a loop, yarn over, insert hook in next st, draw up a loop, yarn over, insert hook in same st, draw up a loop, yarn over and pull through all 7 loops.

● DK Special by Stylecraft. Colors: Lipstick, Cream and Grass Green.
● A little bit of black (scrap) yarn. Any light worsted yarn will do.
● Crochet hook 3,5mm/E
● Stitch marker
● Fiberfill
