Svigermor
Svigermor is the Danish word for mother in law. Svigermor is a tie shawl hold in place by ties, worked in lace pattern. The shawl is worked in one piece from the bottom edge and up.
This pattern includes directions for a small, medium and large shawl (Height: 42 (53, 65) centimeters that fits chest width: 90-105 (105-125, 125-145 centimeters).
This pattern is written for a knitter who is able to follow lace charts as well as written instructions and work an I-cord edge.
This pattern calls for a yarn with a 24 stitch count per 10 centimeters gauge. i.e. a yardage of approximately 95 meters per 50 grams (the shawl pictured is worked in sock yarn held double).
Materials: yarn, circular knitting needle and a double pointed knitting needle the top edge.
I have a loyalty program where you can choose a free pattern after purchasing my patterns for at minimum of § 25.0.
The pattern does not include finished items yarn etc. The pattern only includes instruction for knitting the shawl.
