Materials:
Size 8 Steel Crochet Hook (1.5mm)
About 400yds of #10 Crochet Cotton in White
About 8yds of #10 Crochet Cotton in Orange for the Beak
Several plastic grocery bags (about 5 or 6) to use as stuffing for the head, neck and tail.
An 8 in diameter Styrofoam ball to use as stuffing for the body
Straight pins to secure sides and neck of the swan to the Styrofoam ball while drying
1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar to make sugar starch
