Swans and Cygnets was inspired by a love of swans and an enchantment with Delft Blue pottery. While in Holland, I picked up a Delft Blue swan which sits in my bookshelf and was part of the inspiration for this design.

Swans and Cygnets is a top-down knitted sweater with a circular yoke that features colorwork and is designed to be worn with 0 to 4 inches (0 to 10 cm) of positive ease at the bust. The original design is knit with white and blue yarn to give the feel of the Delft Blue but the marling in the design allows for endless possibilities and makes this knit a great option for using up any yarn odds and ends that may be hanging around.
