Bands for loops: skipping 50 stitches between each band, complete 7 bands across top edge. For each band, work across 15 double crochet stitches for 15 rows, fasten off. To form loops, fold each band in half, sew to last row of panel on wrong side.

Stitches include chain stitches and double crochet stitches for a total of 87 rows.
