I designed this model for those who like to wear lace clothes. After all, a lace sweater should be in every girl’s wardrobe, like a little black dress.
The sweater is made of 100% cotton. I like to wear such things at any time of the year. But most of all I wear lace sweaters in spring and in autumn. And it is the necessary thing for a cold summer evening or a rainy day.

PATTERN INFORMATION

KNITTING METHOD:
The sweater is worked back and forth from the bottom of the front piece to the neck and from the last one to the bottom of the back piece.
Sew the side seams.
Sleeve cuffs and the neck are worked in the round on circular needles (using the Magic Loop method) or on double-pointed needles.
The sweater is knitted in one thread Drops Safran.

SIZES
XXS/XS/S/M/L/XL
To fit the actual waist: 63, 67, 72, 78, 85, 90 cm or 24’’, 26’’, 28’’, 31’’, 33’’, 35’’.
Why waist circumference? This is related to the design of the sweater and the way it is knitted. Since the sweater has a “bat sleeve” conception, the chest measurement is not important in the calculations.
Designed to be worn with appr. 3’’/7,5 cm of positive ease.

YARN
You need about 250/250/300/350/400/400 g of yarn.
You can use any other yarn of similar thickness (yarn Group A) of about 160-180 m (170-200 yds)/50 g also.

NEEDLES

1. circular needles size 3 mm = US 2 ½: length 40 cm = 16’’ (for neck) and 80 cm = 32’’ (for sleeve);
2. circular or single-pointed needles size 3.5 mm = US 4. The neck edge and cuffs are worked in the round with circular needles (the technique Magic Loop can be used – you then need circular needle of 80 cm = 32’’). You can also use double pointed needles size 3 mm = US 2 ½. The length of the circular needles is only my recommendation. You can use circular needles of another length convenient for you.
