This is an old Noro Knitting Revolution Magazine with a separate booklet providing knitting instructions.
There are no size options for this pattern, there is one size available with no description of what size it is other than reading the pattern and calculating size using gauge / sts cast on for pattern. There is some info at the back of the booklet for machine knitting. Pattern seems to date to the mid-1980s.
