Where it says “rib (knit 1, purl 2…)” should that be knit one, purl 1? - Yes, You are right.

Also does “stitch over (v) every 4 row” mean decrease once at the beginning of every fourth row? - Yes, You are right again :)

Finally, what should the fronts measure when the decreases start? - It should be 60 cm.
