The Neela sweater is worked seamlessly in rounds from top
down. First the neckline is knitted in rows, while increases on
both sides shape the opening. At the same time, increases for the
shoulders are made at the four raglan lines. The sweater is knitted
in stockinette stitch with a wide textured zigzag pattern band.
The zigzag stripe is created with simple knit and purl stitches. The
neckline is finished by adding a ribbing.
