GARMENT CONSTRUCTION:
Sweater is worked seamless from the top down.
Worked flat first then joined at the neckline and finished in the round. Sleeves are separated out and body is finished in the round to hemline. Sleeves are worked in the round and Neckband is finished last.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Yarn 1: Cascade Yarns 220 Superwash Merino, Very Berry
Yarn 2: Rico Essential Super Kid Mohair Loves Silk, Fuchsia
Each used approx.: 800 (870, 950, 1000, 1150, 1200) m,
Yarn held double throughout
NEEDLES:
6.5 mm+6.0 mm long circular needles
For body (80-100cm) and hemline (60-80cm)
6.5 mm+6.0 mm shorter circular needles or DPN’s
For sleeves, neckline and cuffs
OTHER NOTIONS:
Stitch markers: 4, Darning Needle, Stitch Holder or Scrap yarn
GAUGE:
13sts x 17 rounds = 4x4”/10x10cm in Stockinette stitch
with larger needles and 1 strand each held together
SIZES:
S (M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL) designed to be worn with 2-4” positive ease. Sample shown in finished size L
