I also found it fit my Designer girl doll and my Best Friend Club doll.
It is knit in the round from the bottom up. Sleeves are also knit in the round and then sewn to body. It has a small back opening with buttons for dressing ease.
Suggested needles are 3mm but please check your gauge and use bigger or smaller size needles if necessary.
One 50gr ball of yarn is more than sufficient.
