Introducing the Sweet and Simple Messy Bun/Pony Tail Hat Crochet Pattern by Pam Carr.
This is the PERFECT simple, messy bun hat pattern for you to crochet.
Perfect for those just beginning to crochet.
Two patterns for the price of one.
You get two versions of this pattern.
VERSION 1: This hat has no ribbed brim. You can see a picture of it above.
I like the simple look of this hat and it is a great option for crocheting this beautiful messy bun hat without a brim.
VERSION 2: This is the hat with the ribbed brim that hugs your head. The ribbed brim pattern involves using the special stitches (FPDC and BPDC) but I have directions for how to do these stitches and also a link to a video demonstrating how to do this type of crochet ribbing. It is quite easy once you get used to it.
These option makes the pattern work for those who are not comfortable with tackling the brim at this time.
Please remember, I am always just a message away if you need any help with your project. :-)
You can create your own stylish and trend setting hat that will keep you toasty warm on cold winter days, and allow your messy bun room to breathe.
