Sweet Baby Booties by Toluver’s Creations

A lot of the baby bootie patterns I have come across involve sewing pieces together or sewing the sole closed. I wanted something that is one continuous piece and came up with this pattern. The booties have been a huge hit with my customers so now I am sharing the pattern!

Supplies:
Hook size: H or I. H will obviously make a slightly smaller size for a very small newborn.
1 skein of worsted/medium weight yarn in your choice of color. I recommend a baby soft yarn but look for one that is worsted weight—many are not!
Scissors
Yarn Needle

Stitches you need to know:
hdc = half double crochet
Ch = chain
sl st = slip stitch
sc = single crochet
BLO = back loop only
hdc2tog = hdc 2 stitches together (decrease)
fphdc = front post half double crochet
bphdc = back post half double crochet
