Sweet Cuddles Sweater
“Sweet Cuddles” sweater is worked seamlessly in the round from the neck down. The Back yoke is worked first, then stitches for both Fronts are picked up along the shoulder line, the Fronts are worked first separately, then joined after the V-neck has been shaped. Back and Fronts are joined after armhole shaping has been completed, from which point on the Body is worked in one piece in the round until the desired garment length has been reached. The sleeves are worked from the armhole down, light sleeve cap shaping is worked with short rows. The neckline is finished with a neckband in a ribbing pattern.
Needles and Materials:
– Phoebe by Quince & Co. (100% American extra-fine merino wool / 275 m / 100 g 301 yards / 3.5 oz;
– circular knitting needles # 2.75 US2 and 3.5 mm US4 or other appropriate size to obtain gauge;
– stitch markers, tapestry needle, stitch holder, spare circular, extra cords or a piece of auxiliary yarn;
– cable needle.
