This sweet little 18-inch doll pattern offers lots of creative variations. The top can be shorter or longer; the pants can be used with other outfits. The top can be worn with the opening in front, too.

This is an easy pattern to knit.

The third photo shows a top knit with Paton’s Pixie. It’s soft and fluffy and just a tad large. The sleeves could have been two rows shorter but it worked even though the Pixie is a bulky yarn.
