Part 1 (Mochi)

This cute little sweet Mochi requires about 0.5oz (15g) of worsted weight yarn in green for the leaf and about the same amount of yarn in white, pink or green for the Mochi.

Change colors and you can make different types of sweet Mochi. Of course you can use other colors to make even more colorful ones:)

You’ll also need safety eyes or embroidery threads depending on the eyes you choose and polyfill. (Or no eyes at all, then it can be used as play food)

(Mochi is Japanese rice cake. Sweet Mochi is a sweet version of Mochi with sweet paste inside and wrapped in a leaf.)
