A close-fit hip length girl top with slightly wide neck brim. The body and the york are knitted in rounds. There are under arm areas which require row knitting. The pattern begins at the bottom edge with Eiffel Tower stitches and then works upward to the underarm areas. The york portion (the arms and the chest parts) is a 1x1 ribbing. There are eyelets just before the neck edge for the ribbon to thread through. The picot neck edge using single crochet stitches is optional.
