I would say it would be best for an advanced beginner. Stitches include back bump sc, back bump dc, front post single crochet, front post double crochet, single crochet, slip stitch and chain. The hat fits an average woman’s head size 20-21 inches, but is easily adjustable by going up in hook size. The hat is worked from bottom up and has a messy bun hole. It also can be adjusted to make a regular hat with a pop-pom by continuing the decrease rounds at the top.

This pattern is named after my fur baby whom passed away January 2018. She was a rescue from a local shelter. I decided in her honor of the unconditional love and devotion, I will give the proceeds from this pattern to my local shelter. Sadie was everyone’s best friend and will forever be in my heart. RIP Sweet Sadie.
