Sweet Sage Shawl is a shawl designed in memory of a very dear dog named Sage who loved his family and the outdoors!

Sweet Sage Shawl has a sweet, Estonian lace border finished with short rows of garter stitch, blocked to measure approximately 58 x 14 inches. The lace is knitted over 38 stitches to a length of 58”, then stitches are picked up and knitted with short rows to complete the balance of the shawl.

Although knitted here in fingering weight yarn,

Sweet Sage Shawl can be knitted in different weights of yarns resulting in different sizes requiring different amounts of yarn. This shawl is for advanced knitters or intermediate knitted up for a lacey challenge!
