Update February 2016

Do you like free crochet patterns? I do :-)
This is one of my free patterns - sweet strawberry applique. This is updated version. I changed the design a little bit, but I hope, you will like it as well :-)

What do you need?

• some fine yarn/ sport/ 12 ply / group 2
• hook 3 mm
• tapestry needle
• common sewing thread and needle
• beige beads seeds, bead size 8/0
• scissors

I used this yarn:
100% mercerized Cotton yarn - Catania Solids by Schachenmayr SMC
I used these colors: 408 antique pink, 409 dahlia, 258 strawberry, 212 khaki green, 392 yellow-green. I used approximately 4 gram of yarn for one applique.

Measurement of finished applique: The strawberry is about 7 cm / 2,75 inches tall (without stem
and about 4,5 cm/ 1,7 inches width. Please remember, that the size of finished project depends on used material and your own style of crocheting.

Needed crocheting skills: Easy, but basic crochet skills and work with needle are neccessary :-)
