Sweet Stripe Cardigan
CONSTRUCTION
The cardigan is worked seamlessly from top down, starting with the raglan increases for the yoke and working the button bands at the same time. Once the yoke increases are complete, the sleeve stitches are put on hold, and the body is worked separately flat in pattern, continuing to work the button bands at the same time, down to the hem which is worked in 1x1 ribbing. After finishing the body, rejoin the yarn to the sleeve and work in the round to the cuff.
Finally stitches for the neckband are picked up around the neckline and worked in 1x1 ribbing.
