I designed this lovely baby blanket with two different types of hearts. The little beanie also has a heart on it.

The finished blanket measures 23 inches (58 1/2 cm) x 27 inches (69 cm). The pattern gives instructions for 3 different sizes of beanie - 0 to 3 months, 3 to 6 months and 6 to 12 months.

One PDF document will provided. It includes written instructions for the heart designs as well as charts.

The skills level is beginner with some knowledge of knitting in the round. The beanie is knit in the round using double-point needles.

Materials: 3 1/2 balls 3.5 oz (100 grams), double knitting yarn
Blanket: US 6 (4 mm) 24” or longer circular needle; stitch markers; tapestry needle to sew in loose ends
Beanie: 5, double point needles size US 3 (3.25 mm) and US 5 (3.75 mm)
