Swell Project Bag

Take the Swell Project Bag with you on your next ocean sojourn. Inspired by the ocean waves and the adventures they represent, this crocheted drawstring bag is generous enough to transport the largest of projects.

Worked in the round, it will work up quickly and you’ll soon be able to fill it with that big project, pull out your yarn and gaze out to sea while watching the stitches slip into place.

I used Billie Jean Yarn which is made sustainably from upcycled denim jeans.

2 balls of Dirty Denim, 1 ball of washed Out Denim, 1 ball of Raw Denim

(1 ball = 100 g 135 M/148 yards)

Hooks

5 mm (H) hook for bag

7 or 8 mm (L) hook for drawstring

Notions

Stitch marker, scissors, yarn needle.
