Swept Away Sweater
Some skeins are just too special to sit in the stash forever. I picked up a gorgeous one at WoolstockEast and knew it needed the perfect canvas—a simple, comfy sweater with just the right details to let it shine.
This design is all about effortless wearability. It’s roomy enough to layer but stylish enough to stand on its own. The raglan construction has a little twist to keep things interesting, while the textured stripes create the perfect contrast for that standout skein. Dropped sleeves extend the yoke, bringing that pop of colour even further down. And the best part? A clean, simple cast-off at the hem that lets the fabric drape beautifully over jeans, dresses, and everything in between.
Grab your needles and that special skein—you’ll have a new favourite sweater in no time!
