I am a left handed crocheter and I crochet medium for the gauge. the finished dimensions should be 10 inches long by 5 1/2 inches wide.

I looked for a pattern for my green swiffer sweeper but I couldn’t find one that was quick and easy. I designed this pattern to fit snuggly on the sweeper and the single crochet/double crochet allows for minimal holes. this cover should be washed and dried after each use to allow it to shrink back to original size.

This pattern is done in cotton yarn because i spray the bottom with vinegar/water for a wet cleaning. there is a thread that recommends to use acrylic yarn for pet hair dry cleaning, I haven’t tested that.

ch- chain
sl st - slip stitch
sc - single crochet
dc - double crochet
hdc - half double crochet
blo - back loop only
flo - front loop only
