Quick to knit in Aran-weight yarn, Swift is ideal for adding an extra layer on those in-between days. Each piece is worked flat from the bottom up, with stitches picked up to make the neck and sleeve bands.

Instructions are given for six sizes:
Approx age: 1-2, 2-3, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10
To fit chest: 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30” (50, 56, 60, 66, 71, 76 cm)
Finished chest: 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32” (56, 60, 66, 71, 76, 80 cm)

I used Stylecraft Grace Aran, a lightweight acrylic/mohair mix. If you use a different yarn please check the yardage carefully.

You will also need 4.5mm and 5mm needles and a tapestry needle for seaming.
