Here is a fingering weight version of our fun Swing Vest! The Fusion 800 yarn is light and drapey, making this vest perfect for a cool summer evening. The alternating stockinette and reverse stockinette ribs show off the different yarns and textures from the skein.

The vest is symmetrical, allowing you to throw it on without checking which way goes up. You can flip the top edge over for a nice shawl collar, or leave it lower to cover your hips.

The simple pattern is flattering for many body shapes. The size in the pattern as written would fit a US size 8 to 14. The model in the photos is a US size 14. The sample used about 1300 yards, so there is enough yardage in two Fusion 800 skeins to make it a little bigger. The pattern has instructions for ways to increase or decrease the overall size.
