This pattern is written completely out, there are no abreviations so it is very easy to read and follow.

I designed this after seeing a simalar pattern in the interweave knits magazine. The original knitted pattern was for an adult, I downsized the pattern to fit a toddler and converted the entire pattern to crochet.

This pattern will fit a child size 2-4T possibly larger, the model in this pattern has a size 22 inch chest and as you can see there is room to grow.
