Swinub (Pokemon)
What’s up everyone! I made Swinub from Pokemon. Much to my surprise he was voted for over on my regular twitter polls on what to make next. I did not expect this cutie to be so popular, but I’m all the happier that Swinub has many many fans! So here you go! Swinub may require a few more “advanced” stitches, but he is very fast and easy to make, so don’t hesitate to give him a go!
Materials
To make the cooking bear you will need:
– A Crochet hook, 2.5mm
– Brown and pink yarn as well as some black to embroider the eyes
– A tapestry needle and scissors
– Stuffing
– Felting wool in a darker brown for the stripes (you could also crochet these instead)
– A stitch marker to help you keep track of the start of the round
Please note that you can make Swinub using any size crochet hook and yarn weight for a smaller or bigger result. Using DK yarn and a 2.5mm crochet hook, Swinub should be about 6cm tall.
