Swirl
An exciting and unusually shaped shawl with an asymmetric swirl shape, perfect for showing off pretty variegated yarns!
The shawl features five panels of stocking stitch and lace that form a semi-circular swirl shape making a nice change from the usual triangular shawl shapes.
Alternate panels feature a simple lace stitch to create a strong contrast in texture between the stocking stitch and lace, which is bold enough to be visible even with highly variegated yarns.
All this makes for an uncomplicated but interesting and addictive knit that can easily be made to a custom size.
