Yarn:
1 skein Valley Yarns BFL Fingering Hand-Dyed (2 strands held together throughout)
OR
about 200 yds of worsted weight yarn

Needles:
US size 5 (3.75 mm) and 7 (4.50 mm) 16” circular needles and size 7 double pointed needles, or size needed to get gauge

Gauge:
about 4½ sts = 1” in stockinette stitch with larger needles and 2 strands held together
