Extra small-ish - the knit stretches ALOT

This was inspired by the medallion capelet in the Vogue Knitting and greatly helped by Rosemary’s Blog

I knew I could make a circular shawl into a circle skirt if I could only figure out how to leave the middle out. I really want to adapt this to other circular shawl patterns, but I hope I don’t have to knit them first! This is for the green skirt, which is slightly smaller than the pink version, and it should have all the counts right. Drop me a message if you have a question!
