BL: back loop
FL: front loop

sp: space

sp cl: split cluster

Sizes: These are based on calf measurements
 Sm child - 6-7 inches
 Child - 8-9 inches
 Lg child - 10-11 inches
 Teen/sm adult - 12-13 inches
 Adult - 14-15 inches
 Lg Adult - 16-17 inches
 Xlg Adult - 17-18 inches
