This is a long thin dishcloth. It uses knit and purl technique to make a simple sword design. If I have the yarn available, I will try for a square containing for swords and post the pattern for that. The sword pattern itself can also be lifted for decorating scarves or other long-thin projects. I made this in between two separate scarf projects from the same skein, so it doesn’t use a whole lot of yarn. I used size 8 needles because they are just thick enough to be comfortable for my longer fingers, but you can use thinner or thicker needles as well, just make sure to adjust for the needle size.
