MATERIALS: 1lb. of Paton and Baldwin’s 4-ply mixture wool. A mixture of fawn, brown, and orange was used for the original. Knit with double wool, using two balls at the same time. Buttons to tone. A pair of No. 6 and a pair of No. 8 knitting needles.

MEASUREMENTS: Length from top of shoulders, 22 in.; width all round, above ribbing, 36 in.; across back of shoulders, 15 in.; length of sleeve and shoulder from neck, 28 in.; length of sleeve seam, 19 in.
