Sycamore Sweater Coat
This sweater coat, I’m not actually sure if that’s a real thing, but that’s what I’m going to call it, is perfect for warmer winter days (not the -28 degree Celsius one I took these pics in) and spring or fall weather. It’s knit in a bulky weight yarn, Briggs and Little Atlantic, and is a great antidote for dreary winter weather.
Materials:
Briggs and Little Atlantic – Dark Grey 7 (7, 8, 8, 9, 9) skeins
Briggs and Little Atlantic – Gold 1 (1, 1, 1, 2, 2) skeins
Briggs and Little Atlantic – Natural White 1 (1, 1, 1, 2, 2) skeins
Size 10 circular needles, 32”, 16”, 9” and/or dpn’s
Size 8 circular needles, 32”, 16”, 9” and/or dpn’s
Stitch markers
Waste yarn
10 buttons
Gauge:
15 sts x 22 rows = 4” stockinette on size 10 needles, or whichever size needle gives you the correct gauge.
Sizes:
36” (38”, 40”, 42”, 44”, 46”)
Sweater on model is size 36
