This lacy cowl is a snap to knit up and makes an easy elegant gift. The perfect accessory for any weather, light weight and cotton for the slightly warmer months, but cozy when worn with a favorite sweater in cooler weather. The ribbons can be eliminated and the cowl worn slouchy. Or cinch it up.
