Yarn:
4 ply yarn is needed for this.
I used We Are Knitters Merifine for the green and the main body of the grey. I had a little left over in a darker grey so used up that for a contrast cuff. You can do that if you like to use up a ball end. I have calculated how much you would need for each size.
Fit:
The gloves are knitted fairly tight as they are form fitting and have little to no positive ease. They grow symmetrically, as opposed to more traditional gloves. This means they fit more in line with your hand and so are more comfortable than many gloves in my opinion and experience.
Due to the shape and fit of them it is important that you block these gloves. I have a corresponding video blocking these gloves which shows how I do that.
